I Wonder…

The Portland Trail Blazers anyone?

November 14, 2008 · Leave a Comment

I wonder…how many of you know the names of the Blazers? Or who even cares about the Blazers? I can say, that before my boyfriend, a true supporter and fanatic of the Blazers, I didn’t give a bad word about the Blazers. I mean seriously, who the hell cares? But, once I started to indulge in the weekly watching of the games and learning their names and positions, I found that I liked them, and find them entertaining.

I’m nowhere near screaming my head off though if Ruddy misses a shot or if Oden hurts his ankle, not that I want him too, but I’m not at that point of love yet. I’m pretty much at the point where I’m more excited eating the game snacks and thinking that wearing a jersey would be cute, and owning a foam finger would be exciting. There’s time to grow though.

Las Vegas anyone?

I’m wondering…how many of you have been to Las Vegas? I just go back this last weekend, and it was really fun. Vegas is unlike any place I’ve ever been too. I love the city, but after a couple days, Vegas was a bit much.

My favorite places in Vegas?

This place was SO much fun. I loved it. There’s this huge arcade where you can play basketball, football, paddle a kayak, ride a motorcycle, and eat some pretty good food I must say. You can obviously do more there than eat and play a few games, but those were the highlights for me.

We, my boyfriend and his brother, also went to the M&M world which was super fun too.

I’m so cheap though…I persuaded everyone to eat M&M’s out from under the grates where you get the M&M’s, they were free and pretty fresh. I didn’t complain. I actually felt like I cheated the system of buying M&M’s, does that make me a rebel?

We ate out of these grates back here, it was delicious:

Along with the M&M world, I watched the ipod commercial over and over, because it was on these HUGE screens on the strip. I thought I hated this song after hearing it so much, but now, it just reminds me of Vegas. The song is “Bruises” by Chairlift.

Seafoam anyone?

November 14, 2008 · Leave a Comment

I wonder…how many people out there in the blog world, know of a little scrumdiddlyumptous, (I really don’t mind the spelling for that word) treat called seafoam? Its rather glorious I must say. This is seafoam:

Its chocolate on the outside, and this hard, airy, delicious sponge-like inside. That is the only way to describe the inside of the chocolate yummblies. You can get seafoam at the beach, Seaside, my favorite place to get it, and at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Enjoy.
